Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires us to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 per cycle. An individual may contribute up to $2700 per election (primary and general elections are separate elections). Federal law prohibits contributions from corporations, labor organizations, government contractors, national banks, and foreign nationals.
